Return Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc., will not be accepted.
Returns must be made with the original packaging.
In cases where any opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage, or similar conditions are detected in the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was in when delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and its cost will not be refunded.
After the returned product reaches Hatun İstanbul, it will be put under review. If inspections reveal that the product was damaged by the user, the return will not be accepted.
Problems Arising from Delivery:
Damaged packages should not be accepted, and a report should be drawn up with the delivery agent.
If the delivery company representative believes the package is not damaged, you have the right to have the package opened there to verify that the products were delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be documented with a report.
Once the package is accepted by you, the delivery company is considered to have fulfilled its duty properly.
